Due to the specialized nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict "No Refund or Exchange" policy with limited exceptions as outlined below.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE

The majority of our physical products are custom-made to your exact specifications, including personalized apparel, bags, drinkware, and travel accessories. Each item is crafted uniquely for you based on your design choices, text, colors, and preferences, which makes these products non-transferable to other customers.

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:

  • Custom-designed products that meet your original specifications
  • Products with personalized text, names, or custom graphics
  • Items where you provided the design or personalization details
  • Changes of mind after production has begun
  • Color variations due to different monitor displays
  • Minor variations in custom printing or embroidery

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital downloads, PDFs, templates, guides, trackers, and electronic files are non-refundable once delivered. Digital products are considered fully delivered when:

  • Download link is sent to your provided email address
  • Files are successfully downloaded to your device
  • Access is granted to digital content or resources

No refunds will be provided for digital products due to:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Compatibility issues with your devices (system requirements are listed)
  • Inability to access due to incorrect email addresses provided
  • Accidental purchases or duplicate orders

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND DEFECTS

We are committed to delivering products that meet the highest quality standards. In the rare event of legitimate product defects or errors, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Legitimate issues we will address:

  • Products damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects affecting product functionality
  • Products that significantly deviate from your approved specifications
  • Missing items from your order

REPORTING ISSUES

If you receive a product with a legitimate defect or shipping damage, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Contact us at support@unforgettables.co with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear, high-resolution photos of the issue
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Original packaging (if applicable)

RESOLUTION PROCESS

After reviewing documented issues, we may offer at our sole discretion:

  1. Replacement of the defective product
  2. Store credit for future purchases
  3. Partial or full refund only in cases of significant manufacturing errors

We reserve the right to:

  • Request return of defective items before providing resolution
  • Limit replacements to one per order
  • Deny claims for issues not reported within the required timeframe

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase and only if production has not yet begun. Custom orders typically enter production within 24-48 hours, after which cancellation is not possible.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND CHARGEBACK POLICY

MANDATORY CONTACT REQUIREMENT: Before initiating any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor, you are required to contact our customer service team at support@unforgettables.co to attempt resolution.

Chargeback Consequences: Customers who initiate chargebacks without following our dispute resolution process, or for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Failure to read or understand this policy
  • Accidental purchases
  • Preference changes after production

May be subject to:

  • Immediate account termination and ban from future purchases
  • Legal action to recover chargeback fees, administrative costs, and damages
  • Collection agency involvement for outstanding balances
  • Reporting to merchant protection agencies and fraud prevention networks

Chargeback Fees: Customers will be held responsible for all chargeback fees (typically $15-25 per incident) plus administrative costs if the chargeback is found to be invalid or initiated in violation of this policy.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

Any attempts to obtain products through fraudulent means, including but not limited to false chargeback claims, will result in:

  • Permanent ban from all Unforgettables services
  • Legal action to the fullest extent of the law
  • Cooperation with law enforcement agencies
  • Recovery of all costs and damages

TRAVEL SERVICES

For travel-related services booked through Unforgettables, separate terms and conditions apply based on supplier policies. Cancellations and refunds for travel services are subject to individual supplier terms and industry-standard cancellation policies.

SEASONAL AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Sale items, clearance products, and promotional merchandise are final sale only with absolutely no returns, exchanges, or refunds regardless of circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not refundable and are separate from your product purchase.
