SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Unforgettables LLC for your custom products, travel merchandise, and digital resources. Please read this shipping policy carefully to understand our processing times, shipping procedures, and your responsibilities as a customer.

SHIPPING COVERAGE

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only (including Alaska and Hawaii with extended delivery times).

International Shipping: International shipping is not currently available but may be offered in the future. Please check back or contact us for updates on international availability.

Military/APO/FPO Addresses: We gladly ship to military addresses. Please allow additional processing and transit time for military deliveries.

PRODUCT CATEGORIES & PROCESSING TIMES

Standard Custom Products (3-4 Business Days Production)

  • Custom apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)
  • Basic drinkware (mugs, tumblers)
  • Standard promotional items
  • Simple personalized accessories

Total Timeline: 3-4 business days production + carrier transit time

Extended Production Items (Varies by Product)

Certain products require longer production times due to specialized manufacturing or outsourced production. These items have specific processing times clearly noted in their individual product descriptions. Items include but are not limited to:

  • Custom tote bags
  • Duffle bags
  • Luggage and travel cases
  • Complex multi-material products
  • Specialty promotional items

Important: Processing times for these items are clearly stated on each product page. Please review the production timeline before ordering, as these times are firm and cannot be expedited.

Digital Products (Immediate Delivery)

  • PDFs, guides, templates, trackers
  • Digital downloads
  • Electronic resources
  • Online courses or materials

Delivery Method: Digital products are automatically delivered to your email address immediately upon payment confirmation. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive your download link within 15 minutes.

SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

Primary Carriers:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • Specialty carriers as needed for specific products

Outsourced Products: Some custom items are fulfilled by specialized manufacturers who may use different shipping carriers including FedEx, DHL, or regional carriers. You will receive tracking information regardless of carrier used.

ADDRESS ACCURACY & CHANGES

Critical Requirement: Please verify your shipping address is correct during checkout AND immediately upon receiving your order confirmation email.

Address Changes: If you notice an incorrect address:

  • Within 1 hour of purchase: Contact us immediately at support@unforgettables.co - we can usually correct this.
  • 1-2 hours after purchase: Address changes become difficult as orders may have already been submitted to production partners.
  • After 2 hours: Address changes may be impossible once production has begun.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect address you provided, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges for reproduction and/or re-delivery.

Address Correction Attempts: We will make reasonable efforts to correct addresses when notified promptly, but cannot guarantee success once production has begun. You may need to work directly with the shipping carrier to arrange delivery corrections.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Business Days: Processing times are calculated in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Production Start: Production typically begins within 24-48 hours of order placement and payment confirmation.

Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not begin production until the next business day.

Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed Friday after 2:00 PM through Sunday will typically begin production on Monday.

PLEASE NOTE: Production time and shipping are NOT the same. Production time is the time needed to craft your product. Shipping time starts once the carrier has taken possession of your package.

PEAK SEASON & HOLIDAY DELAYS

Extended Processing Times: During peak seasons and holidays (including but not limited to):

  • Black Friday through New Year's Day
  • Valentine's Day season
  • Back-to-school season (August-September)
  • Mother's/Father's Day
  • Graduation season (May-June)

Expected Delays:

  • Standard production times may extend by 2-5 additional business days
  • Shipping carriers experience higher volumes and delays
  • Outsourced manufacturers may have extended processing times
  • Digital product delivery remains immediate regardless of season

Peak Season Notice: We will post notifications on our website regarding any extended processing times during busy periods.

SHIPPING CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

Important Limitation: Once your order is picked up by the shipping carrier, Unforgettables LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Damaged packages during transit
  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier
  • Packages delivered to wrong addresses due to carrier error
  • Weather-related shipping delays or damage
  • Carrier service disruptions

Your Responsibility: If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed by the shipping carrier, you must file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We will provide necessary documentation to support your claim.

Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Please monitor your package's progress and contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

Carrier Insurance: We include carrier insurance on higher-value orders when available. Insurance claim procedures must be handled directly with the carrier.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Currently Unavailable: We do not offer rush production or expedited shipping options at this time.

Planning Ahead: Please plan your orders well in advance of needed delivery dates, especially for:

  • Custom items with extended production times
  • Orders during peak seasons
  • Time-sensitive gifts or events

DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY ISSUES

Non-Delivery: If you don't receive your digital download within 15 minutes:

  1. Check your spam/junk email folder
  2. Verify the email address in your order confirmation
  3. Contact support@unforgettables.co with your order number

Technical Issues: We are not responsible for:

  • Email delivery issues caused by your email provider
  • Downloads blocked by your firewall or antivirus software
  • Compatibility issues with your devices
  • Internet connectivity problems during download
  • Please all descriptions to be certain you have the right software for downloads.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailable for delivery attempts
  • Package refused by recipient

Reshipment Policy:

  • You will be notified of the return
  • Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment
  • Address corrections must be confirmed before reshipment
